Grilled Lobster
with Ginger Sauce

4 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
2 tablespoons peeled, minced gingerroot, divided
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 lobster tails
¾ tablespoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Serves 4

- Combine 2 tablespoons of the sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of the ginger, salt and pepper in small bowl.
- Drizzle over lobster tails; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sesame oil, remaining 1 tablespoon ginger, dry mustard, soy sauce and rice vinegar in small bowl.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium.
- Grill lobster tails, meat side down, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn tails over and grill 5 to 8 minutes more, basting with sauce.
- Remove from grill and serve with remaining sauce.
