Grilled Lobster
with Ginger Sauce

grilled lobster with giner sauce

4 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
2 tablespoons peeled, minced gingerroot, divided
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 lobster tails
¾ tablespoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Serves 4

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons of the sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of the ginger, salt and pepper in small bowl.

  2. Drizzle over lobster tails; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

  3. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sesame oil, remaining 1 tablespoon ginger, dry mustard, soy sauce and rice vinegar in small bowl.

  4. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium.

  5. Grill lobster tails, meat side down, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn tails over and grill 5 to 8 minutes more, basting with sauce.

  6. Remove from grill and serve with remaining sauce.
